30 years ago Gordon Stillwell founded a company using his
knowledge of engineering and his real world experience. For the last three
decades Stillwell-Hansen has been the only authorized sales and service
representative in Northern New Jersey for the Liebert Corporation.
Stillwell Hansen has set the bar for Liebert
sales and service in New Jersey and New York.
Today, Stillwell-Hansen is located in the Raritan Center in Edison, NJ.
Our facility is over 20,000 square feet and houses our sales force, service
department, staff and warehouse. Our family includes over 75 employees that
range in age from 22 to 75 and incorporate a wealth of knowledge, skill and
experience.

Hansen specializes in Liebert certified parts; we are the largest
New Jersey Liebert parts dealer. Our extensive inventory of Liebert
replacement parts is constantly updated and replenished to ensure you will never
have to wait days and weeks as you will with other firms. Our service department
is on call around the clock to respond to any eventuality. The service
department also has portable air-conditioning rentals to supplement over
stressed systems in the hot summer months or to use as a temporary solution
during maintenance or shut down of your primary system.
Stillwell Hansen's Network Power Protection (NPP)
and Electronic Equipment Protection (EPP) represents the heart and
soul of Stillwell-Hansen's relationship with Liebert corporation. Our
Network Power Protection department offers small
scale Liebert units for use by individuals and small businesses looking for the
Liebert name which is synonymous with top quality products. EPP vends equipment
for larger facilities, most recently we have undergone major expansion as a
result of the booming telecom industry as well as the wide spread user of
co-location as an alternative to on site hosting of critical systems.
One of Stillwell Hansen's most popular Liebert products is MultiLink.
Liebert developed MultiLink to protect computers from costly damage such as loss
of data resulting from power failures—from single computers to large networks.
MultiLink constantly monitors one or more Liebert Uninterruptible Power Supply
(UPS), warns computer users of impending power loss and initiates graceful
operation system shutdowns when needed. This product permits configurable
responses to UPS status changes, including support for e-mail, pagers, and
on-screen notification.
Stillwell Hansen - Woman Owned Business Enterprise
 Stillwell-Hansen,
Inc. and it's subsidiaries have qualified under the Unified Certification
Program established to provide a uniform procedure for certifying the
eligibility of businesses owned by women to participate on public contracts that
have designated as set-aside.
Any business whose management and daily business operations are controlled by
one or more women who own it, and which is at least 51% owned by one or more
women is eligible to participate in this program.
The woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) is authorized by New Jersey Public
Law 1986 Chapter 195, Unified Certification Act, and per Regulations. N.J.A.C.
12A:11 et seq.
The Office of Small Business in the NJ Commerce and Economic Growth
Commission has exclusive authority within the State of New Jersey to certify to
public agencies the eligibility of a business to bid on contracts as an MBE or
WBE.
The certification is intended to ensure only woman-owned enterprises (WBE)
participate in these programs. Stillwell-Hansen has the Commodity Code Directory
on hand for a complete listing of the codes and sub codes of services we are
authorized to offer as a WBE.
